PSI Commitment to Quality Measurement

PSI is committed to the continous monitoring and improvement of quality measurements.  In January 2009 we began voluntarily collecting the core measure set for inpatient psychiatric hospitals as defined by Joint Commission.

Below are examples of how we have been able to improve our scores on a number of the core measures.

The first graph shows the percentage of patients that had admission screenings for violence risk, substance use, psychological trauma history and patient strengths completed within 72 hours of admission.
