Summary for 2006

Patient Satisfaction is closely monitored at Wellstone Regional Hospital, and we listen to feedback. A Patient Satisfaction Committee reviews surveys monthly and makes recommendations for change as trends develop. Staff are recognized for compliments on the survey through the “WELL DONE” cards the committee sends. Each patient is given a survey at discharge to complete prior to leaving. Our return rate is over 90%!
