The first step towards getting help and feeling better is to get an assessment in the Wellstone Evaluation and Referral department. No appointment is necessary, and there is no charge for this service. The department is open 24 hours, 7 days per week.
The assessment takes about an hour, in which a trained staff member of the clinical team will meet with you in an office and confidentially ask you a series of questions. We take the time to listen to your concerns, symptoms, thoughts, and feelings.
Then the clinical team member consults with our on-call psychiatrist and together will identify the most appropriate level of care for you. Treatment options include Outpatient, Intensive Outpatient, Partial Hospitalization, Inpatient, or Residential Care. For Outpatient referrals, we are able to identify up to three outpatient treatment providers that can meet your needs.
At the conclusion of the assessment recommendations are made and you will be on your way to Get Well and Stay Well.
