Evaluations & Referrals

A behavioral health care evaluation and referral service is provided at the hospital 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no charge.

Mobile behavioral evaluations by our Get Well Team are also provided at no charge 24 hours a day, seven days a week at emergency rooms, immediate care centers, nursing homes, work places, schools, correctional facilities, courts, and physicians' and therapists' offices.

When you call, please be prepared to provide the child's basic clinical and demographic information.
If determined to be an appropriate candidate, we will request written documentation such as a psychiatric evaluation, psychosocial evaluation and other documents. A response will be provided within 24 hours.
