Evaluations & Referrals

A behavioral health care evaluation and referral service is provided at the hospital 24 hours a day, seven days a week at no charge.

Mobile behavioral evaluations by our Get Well Team are also provided at no charge 24 hours a day, seven days a week at emergency rooms, immediate care centers, nursing homes, work places, schools, correctional facilities, courts, and physicians' and therapists' offices.

• When you call, please be prepared to provide the child's basic clinical and demographic information.
• If determined to be an appropriate candidate, we will request written documentation such as a psychiatric evaluation, psychosocial evaluation and other documents. A response will be provided within 24 hours.
