Our Mobile Evaluation Services provide on-site
emergency psychiatric and chemical dependency consultations.
We will help you clinically and medically evaluate
for DSM-IV diagnoses including:
- Alcohol abuse vs. dependency
- Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
- Benzodiazepine abuse vs. dependency
- Bipolar disorder
- Generalized anxiety disorder
- Major depression
- Obsessive compulsive disorder
- Opiate abuse vs. dependency
- Panic disorder
- Poly substance abuse
- Post-traumatic stress disorder
- Psychotic disorder NOS
- Schizophrenia
Immediate and professional response, usually
within less than one hour of your call.
Psychiatric and chemical dependency evaluations
provided for children, adolescents, adults and seniors.
On-site clinical consultations provided by registered
nurses and master's level clinicians who work under the supervision of the chief
medical officer and medical director of Wellstone Regional Hospital.
Evaluation and referral services will help identify
the most appropriate level of care and treatment-provider options for the following
services:
- Outpatient
- Intensive outpatient
- Partial hospitalization
- Residential
- Inpatient
The Get Well Team will travel and provide services
at the following locations:
- Emergency rooms
- Immediate care centers
- Nursing homes
- Workplace
- Schools
- Correctional facilities
- Courts
- Physician offices
