JEFF BARNETT
Chief Executive Officer

Jeff Barnett came to Three Rivers after serving as CEO for a free-standing psychiatric hospital in western Pennsylvania. Prior to that Jeff held various hospital administration positions in Pennsylvania, Georgia and Massachusetts.

Jeff has 12 years of work experience in the fields of behavioral health and addictions treatment as an administrator and a clinician. His experience crosses both the public and private sectors and includes outpatient services, private practice and inpatient services. During his practice as a clinician, Jeff was licensed in South Carolina as a professional counselor and certified as an addictions counselor.

Jeff received his undergraduate degree in sociology with a minor in gerontology from Lander University. He holds a master's of science in applied sociology from Clemson University and an education specialist degree in marriage and family therapy from Converse College.
