Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital Center

Streamwood Behavioral Health Center operates a 30-bed facility of inpatient and partial hospitalization programs for children and adolescents.  These units are located on the 15th floor of Saint Mary of Nazareth Hospital Center and operate with a similar program model and structure as our inpatient units at our main Streamwood facility.  This location serves the City of Chicago and surrounding areas.
