Community Residential Center
Our Streamwood facility has a total of 13 beds for males ages 13-16. This program
is designed to treat males who have a history of sexually aggressive behaviors
and run a high risk of becoming perpetrators. The length of program treatment
is 18-24 months based on the individual needs of the patient.
Residential treatment programs are a longer-term treatment for children and
adolescents with long-standing behavioral health problems, and offer a balance
of therapies and activities in a safe, structured setting. The program offers
physician-led, multi-disciplinary treatment that addresses the overall medical,
psychiatric, social and academic needs of the patient.
