Licensing/Accreditation

San Marcos Treatment Center is licensed or accredited by the following entities:

• Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (TDFPS)
• Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO)
• CHAMPUS/TRICARE provider

If an individual has any concerns about patient care and/or safety in the organization, he or she is encouraged to contact the facility's management for attention and resolution. If the concerns in question cannot be resolved at this level, the individual may contact the Joint Commission's Office of Quality Monitoring at 800-994-6610.
