What happens in an "assessment"?
An assessment is a private meeting with a qualified
mental health professional. Questions are asked to guide the discussion about
the problems at hand. Assessments usually take about 45 minutes to an hour.
Recommendations will be made to address the identified problems, and options
for treatment will be provided.
How does a patient pay for care at Montevista?
Montevista accepts most insurance, personal and
business checks, all major credit cards, and can also make individual "private
pay" arrangements.
How will I know if I, or a loved one has a
"real" problem?
Although there are specific signs and symptoms
to identify mental health and chemical dependency problems, each situation is
different. We suggest you speak with a professional to discuss your concerns.
