Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health, LLC ("Palmetto") is a licensed 102-bed
facility offering a full continuum of mental health and addictions treatment
for children, adolescents, adults and seniors. Palmetto is the only free-standing,
full-service psychiatric facility in the eastern third of South Carolina. Services
are provided in six buildings on a five-acre site along the Ashley River. The
site is easily accessible from Interstate 26 and Cosgrove Avenue. Palmetto currently
offers the following treatment programs:

- Adolescent Dual Diagnosis
- Adult Psychiatry
- Adult Chemical Dependency
- Adult Dual Diagnosis
- Geriatric Psychiatry
- Residential Treatment Center (Child and Adolescent)
