Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center

Located in the heartland of Central Illinois, Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center will open its doors in Springfield, Ill., in May 2008. In an effort to serve families and children in central and southern Illinois, Lincoln Prairie will offer the following services as a resource to Illinois communities:

• 80 inpatient psychiatric beds for youth ages 3-17
• 40 residential beds for long-term placement
• Array of outpatient programs including partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient that will complement and supplement the community needs of Springfield.
• Physicians to monitor medications and treat childhood behavioral and mental health needs.

Lincoln Prairie Behavioral Health Center is committed to working with agencies, schools and other treatment providers to form treatment teams on behalf of the patients served. When working collaboratively to reintegrate the youth back into their communities, success is, most often, the outcome.
