Treatment Services
The treatment services offered at Laurel Oaks
include a variety of therapeutic modalities. The ultimate goal of our services
is to provide the opportunity for emotionally troubled and severely mentally
ill children to learn and practice new skills to prepare them to be successful
in their home and community based settings. By participating in our structured,
creative and unique therapeutic experiences with a primary focus of learning
new skills for living 91% of our youth discharged from our Residential programs
have been prepared for placement at home or in another lower level of care.

- Occupational and/or Physical Therapy Evaluation
- Neurological Examination
- Drug detection urinalysis
- Laboratory services and other specialized
medical testing

- Speech-Language Pathology Evaluation
- Assessment by a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist
