Confidential Assessment
A no-cost, confidential evaluation of a patient's needs is available 24 hours
a day, seven days a week through the RESPOND department. A counselor will conduct
an interview assessment and then provide treatment recommendations based on
the identified needs. Recommendations are made in consultation with a psychiatrist.
Counselors have a minimum of a Master's degree in a human services field or
are psychiatric nurses. Evaluations are available to individuals five years
of age and older. No referral is required, although professionals involved in
the case are encouraged to provide clinical information. To schedule an assessment,
