- Take the PA-309 exit- EXIT 339- toward PHILADELPHIA / AMBLER.
- Take the exit on the LEFT
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto W PENNSYLVANIA AVE.
- Turn LEFT onto S BETHLEHEM PIKE.
- Turn RIGHT onto LAFAYETTE CONNECTOR
- Turn LEFT onto LAFAYETTE AVENUE
- BROOKE GLEN is on LEFT.
- From Pennsylvania Turnpike:
- Take PA Turnpike to exit 339 Fort Washington/Ambler.
- Take the exit on the LEFT
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto W PENNSYLVANIA AVE.
- Turn LEFT onto S BETHLEHEM PIKE.
- Turn RIGHT onto LAFAYETTE CONNECTOR
- Turn LEFT onto LAFAYETTE AVENUE
- BROOKE GLEN is on LEFT.
- From Northeast Extension:
- Take I-476 SOUTH toward PHILADELPHIA.
- Merge onto I-276 EAST / PENNSYLVANIA TURNPIKE towards NEW JERSEY.
- Take the PA-309 exit- EXIT 339- toward PHILADELPHIA / AMBLER.
- Take the exit on the LEFT
- Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto W PENNSYLVANIA AVE.
- Turn LEFT onto S BETHLEHEM PIKE.
- Turn RIGHT onto LAFAYETTE CONNECTOR
- Turn LEFT onto LAFAYETTE AVENUE
- BROOKE GLEN is on LEFT.
- From Allentown/Bethlehem Area:
- Take 309 South.
- Bear left onto Bethlehem Pike.
- Turn RIGHT onto Lafayette Connector.
- Turn LEFT onto LAFAYETTE AVENUE
- BROOKE GLEN is on LEFT.
- From Norristown:
- Start out going NORTH on DEKALB ST / US-202 N
- Turn RIGHT onto SKIPPACK PIKE / PA-73.
- Turn LEFT onto LAFAYETTE AVE.
- BROOKE GLEN IS one-half mile on right side.
- Using SEPTA's regional rail:
- Take the R5 to Fort Washington.
- From the train station, walk up the steps to Bethlehem Pike and cross the street.
- Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital will be located near the intersection of Bethlehem Pike and Lafayette Connector.
The hospital is located across from the SEPTA R-5 regional rail line.
