A New Beginning

Located on a wooded 11-acre campus in picturesque Fort Washington, Pennsylvania, Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital offers mental health services designed to meet the unique needs of children, adolescents and adults. The 146-bed facility provides a safe and comfortable environment for patients suffering from mental illness and behavioral disorders.

Founded in 1966, Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital is owned and operated by Psychiatric Solutions, Inc., a premier provider of mental health care services in communities throughout the United States.

In October 2003 the facility launched a significant renovation project to upgrade patient rooms and common areas. A new management team and medical director now guide the facility in providing care that draws upon state-of-the-art clinical approaches and a universal commitment to excellence.

The result of our renovation project is a facility with a friendly and comfortable atmosphere. Brooke Glen provides patients and their families with the resources and support they need to address acute life crises or behavioral health disorders standing in the way of a peaceful and productive life.
