Licensing and Accreditation

Arrowhead is fully accredited by the Joint Commission and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. Arrowhead is licensed by the Ohio Department of Mental Health (ODMH) as well as the Ohio Department of Alcohol and Drug Addiction Services (ODADAS) to provide treatment to adults age 18 and above.

Arrowhead Behavioral Health is a private 42-bed psychiatric hospital located in Maumee, Ohio. Arrowhead's substance abuse and psychiatric treatment includes inpatient, partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient services. We believe that caring for and about our patients, their families and our coworkers are at the core of what we do.
