Bill Patterson, CEO

Mr. Patterson has 27 years of experience in hospital executive positions, with 17 years as a CEO for an investor-owned medical/surgical hospital organization. He has a B.A. and M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a Master's in Healthcare Administration from Washington University. He is married with three children.

Robert Jackson, CFO

Mr. Jackson has over 15 years of health care experience, working eight years for Health Trust/HCA as an Auditor, Decision Support Specialist and Controller; four years with Community Health, Inc. as a hospital CFO; one year with Province Health Care, Inc. as a CFO; and two years with Alliance Health Center, Inc. as the CFO. He has undergraduate degrees from Louisiana State University in Accounting and Marketing, and passed the CPA exam in 1989.
